Kindergarten Readiness
Our Kindergarten Readiness program focuses on pre-literacy skills, handwriting skills, fine and gross motor skills, and pre-mathematical skills.
Our approach is interactive using music, singing, art, and games to strengthen readiness skills necessary for kindergarten. Our goal is to develop self-confidence and a positive attitude towards learning.
Academic Tutoring
We use direct, multi-sensory instruction and research-based approaches to help students of various learning styles work through learning difficulties and meet with academic success.
Students will learn effective strategies to improve study skills, organize assignments, and prepare for tests. Main areas of teaching include Wilson Reading System as well as strategy instruction for improvement for specific skill areas.
Mindfulness for Children
The curious child is constantly observing, questioning, and discovering every aspect of their daily life. Mindfulness can help kids tune into this process and assist them with learning emotional regulation and achieving cognitive growth. Cultivating calmness can bring a sense of inner peace, structure, focus, and concentration and improves executive function.
Spanish Lessons
Take advantage of the critical time in early development when language skills come naturally and easily to young children. Learning a second language gives your child the opportunity to explore our multicultural world. Your child will learn basic phrases through fun and engaging activities which includes songs, art, projects, books, and more.
